You've gotta ask yourself one question.
Do I feel lucky? ~Dirty Harry
Will you be carrying on as usual this Friday...or be safely tucked in with a good book and a cup of tea? If you fall into the latter category, you're not alone. Apparently millions of other people suffer from friggatriskaidekaphobia also.
Did you know though, that statistically fewer accidents happen on a Friday the 13th? A Norwegian study discovered this fact and found that it's simply because people are more observant and mindful of their actions on Friday the 13th. We make our own luck.
And if that's not enough to convince you, consider the evidence. Some great things have historically happened on a Friday the 13th: Alfred Hitchcock was born. The famous Hollywood sign was erected. Black Sabbath released their first album. The accordion was patented.
And best of all...every single one has been followed by a Saturday.
