On ghoulies and ghosties and long legged beasties...

...and things that go bump in the night.
Halloween is sneaking up on us, and across Vancouver Island costumes are being crafted and parties being planned. You'll find tons of spirited ways to get your ghoul on HERE. Eat, drink and be scary.
There are much more terrifying things than a mask out there, though. A cancer diagnosis, for example. Movember starts next week, and men around the globe will be growing frightening amounts of facial hair to raise awareness and funds for the number one cancer affecting men: Prostate Cancer. Get involved!
Because only when we face our fears can we conquer them.
