Food for thought: It's no substitute for the real thing!
It's about gathering together in the kitchen when there is much more comfortable furniture elsewhere. It's about recognizing life's milestones with a celebratory meal.
Food brings people together.
Gathered around the table, we feel thankful for the life that we have and gratitude to those we share it with, for the beauty and bounty of this incredible place we call home. We all have something to be thankful for. I had the opportunity to chat recently with Music Hall of Fame inductee Michelle Wright about music and life...and you can find out HERE what she's most grateful for.
If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. ~J.R.R. Tolkien
