Stretch and strengthen to support your training with this specialized class made just for runners. Yoga postures and techniques are adapted with an eye towards running, using stretching and strengthening exercises to open the body, increase endurance and facilitate faster recovery from injury. Suitable for all levels.

Drop-in is $12/class!
