Comox Valley Women's Resource Centre "Wheelhouse Women" presents: Willing Hearts International (WHISCA). Calling Elder women (50+) and Immigrant women who are willing to help young women (age 13-19) of the Comox Valley with crafts and fundraising. Funds from the crafts will be used for scholarships to send girls to school in Africa. The group will meet the last Sunday of every month beginning November 29th (none in December) from 1pm-4pm. This group is a perfect example of thinking globally and acting locally. Please call to register, or for more information.
