West Coast Shellfish at The London Chef

The cool, clean, fast flowing waters around Vancouver Island are the perfect home for fantastic shellfish. Using the fresh and local bivalves, mollusks and crustaceans we will first learn about this fascinating species and discuss the dos and don’ts of buying shellfish. I will then prepare and cook four dishes using local shellfish, and demonstrate how easy seafood cooking can be. Come hungry!
