Raw Chocolate with Pacheva! at 7:00 p.m.
Location – Craigflower Room in Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser Street
Cost: $5.00 per adult (The $5 fee is to cover the cost of the rental of facility, etc.)
Everyone is welcome to attend. Everyone is welcome. Curious or new to to the Raw Food Lifestyle? Get together with health-conscious, raw-interested people in our community and experience a wonderful assortment of delicious raw vegan foods! RSVPs are not required. Bring your family and friends.
Please bring: A prepared raw vegan food dish to generously serve 6 or more adults, preferably organic. If there are two of you, bring enough to serve 12 or two different dishes. Danielle Arsenault, founder of Pachavega, will talk about the benefits of carob and cacao and other superfoods such as medicinal mushrooms, maca, lucuma, spirulina and more... Be prepared to get creative! You'll be making your own raw chocolates! Bring an ice cube tray or chocolate mould if you have one!
Bio for Danielle Arsenault:
Danielle Arsenault, founder of Pachavega Living Foods, is a Raw Food Chef, certified from Raw Foundations in Vancouver, BC. and is currently one of the Chefs at the Apple Cafe in Ingredients Health Food Store. She has also completed the Ann Wigmore Living Foods Lifestyle Total Well-being Education Course in Puerto Rico and is certified British Columbia School Teacher.
