Come enjoy the most exciting, entertaining, out-there poetry you've ever heard at the second annual Victoria Spoken Word Festival. For three nights 12 of the hottest young poets from across Canada will perform their best and newest work for you. Plus, Vancouver's own Chris Masson is this year’s Poet of Honour.

Come rock the open mic and then be amazed as the visiting poets create and perform poetry before your eyes at Victoria's premiere spoken word series.

Our festival ensemble pulls no punches as they perform their best original work. You'll hear the best from the brightest, so be prepared to laugh, cry and be inspired.

On the Edge

The ensemble performs a group show they wrote and developed over the course of the festival. Hosted by workshop leader Dave Morris.
