Tai Chi helps to stretch the back and spine to improve overall flexibility, balance, and strength. Movements taught in this class can help to increase circulation and lymph flow, as well as to open the joints and stretch the tendons and ligaments.


This class is for general health and relaxation and is beneficial to everyone, the seated mini set is particularly suitable for students who have health and mobility issues.


Recent studies indicate that Tai Chi may help with a range of medical problems including Parkinson's, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Asthma, and rehabilitation from hip and knee replacements.


Every Tuesday there is a seated class at 10:00 am to 11:30 and another from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.  A regular class is also offered on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, drop in, by donation, wheel chair access
