Teen Girls Yoga Camp with Sunshine

Let's get together for this week of building strength, self-confidence, and learning how to move with our own body. The week will offer a new yoga practice for each girl, and will be led by upbeat funky music.
We will also create our own sequences of postures, and design our own yoga mats. Call the studio for more details and to register!
