Stories Under The Stars - The Stardust Festival

The Stardust Festival of plays - directed by Dante Ambriel and produced by Tashi Draper of Flowing Arts Studio - promises to bring three evenings of original top-notch auditory theatre to Denman Island. Presented on a 40 acre farm under a blanket of shooting stars on three warm summer evenings at the height of the Perseid Meteor Showers - we invite you to come and listen to 6 plays over three evenings. Watch the shooting stars fly by as the stories carry your imagination off to other worlds.

Here is a short synopsis of all six plays:

FRIDAY - BROKEN ANGEL

Unable to speak, she struggles to reclaim her identity by using the transformational power of song to reach out, find and reconnect with her loved ones with the help of a detective, a nun, a murderess, a therapist and many more intriguing characters.

Nine songs will be performed live on stage.
