SPEECH & DRAMATIC ARTS SECTION. The 2010 Upper Island Musical Festival is set to entertain you with poetry, prose, dramatic monologue and improvisation. And our central island's artists want you to come on down to cheer them on whether it’s just for an hour, one event or the whole day.
Set for Saturday, March 20th, the full day event includes a range of classes and age levels.
This year's adjudicator is Alison Matthews, a voice and text coach for Vancouver's Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival.
