Soft Cheese: Cheese Making Course

This course will give you the knowledge and cultures to create your own delicious cheese plate to share with family and friends.


In this course, you will learn how to create the following cheeses: boursin, making your own butter, sour cream and cream cheese, Fromage Blanc, a soft delicious spreadable French cheese,  and a mozzarella/prosciutto roll. Not only will you learn how to create these cheeses but you will also learn creative ways to serve and enjoy them.  


Bring a lunch and some wine if you like!  Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Gabriola ferry is provided for those traveling from the Mainland or Vancouver Island.


72 hour advanced registration is necessary to prepare, please phone or email to register.
