Come to our transformed winery. Eat by candelight with a wonderful 6 course dinner created by Sean O’Connell of Equinox Catering! Taste all of our wines in the Riedel glasses designed for the wine and enjoy it with with local foods from the island. Enjoy the evening also with discussions with the winemaker. - Pinot Gris: Cabbage, pear and fennel salad with Hilary’s blue cheese and hazelnuts
- Rose: Caramelized Garlic-Onion Bisque
- Ortega: Smoked wild mushroom risotto with Qualicum Bay scallop
- Palate Cleanser: Sparkling Apple Sorbet
- Pinot Noir: Cowichan Valley beef tenderloin with blackberry demiglaze, potato crisp and root vegetables
- Blackberry: Chocolate Mousse
