Join us for a rejuvenating two night getaway in North Saanich. Come and be nourished in more ways than one!

We have invited Dr. Paul Tinari, Ph.D, educator, futurist, scientist from Coquitlam, BC to speak on Life-Force Energy and Emotional Intelligence. Paul has been a presenter of many different subjects for the last 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to share. There are a maximum of 10 participants for each weekend.

Program:

Friday – check-in at 7 pm with social time following

Saturday – yoga, breakfast, Life-Force Energy presentation, lunch, walks, free time, massage, Emotional Intelligence presentation, dinner, Europlastics class - gentle movement to music, pool/hot tub

Sunday – yoga, guided kayaking paddle

• start each morning with a one-hour Hatha style yoga session

• savour deliciously prepared family style meals by Jean-Francois, trained Swiss Chef

• choose one 30 minute massage treatment for feet, hands or neck

• enjoy a four-hour guided kayak paddle

Relax in the Victoria Garden Estate beautifully maintained garden, take a swim in the outdoor pool, soak in the hot tub, or walk the nearby nature trails all the while escaping from your daily routine.

Location: Victoria Garden Estate in North Saanich. Accommodations are single and double occupancy available with separate and shared baths.

What to Bring: comfortable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities (weather appropriate), walking and water shoes, water bottle and notebook.

Program Cost: $335/per person plus HST including all activities, meals, acaccommodation paid in advance.
