Breads of Celebrations: Although it has been a staple food for millennium’ the seductive smell of the herbs, the complexity of fruits and nuts, and artisan techniques can turn ‘humble’ bread into a delicacy in our celebrations. During this course, we will not only learn the techniques and tricks of artisanal bread making but also create exquisite components for holiday tables, celebration
buffets, festive breakfasts and brunches. At the end of the day, rich brioches and challah breads, fruity breads and nutty loaves, blinis and mini cocktail pitas will be a few of the new recipes in your repertoire.
