The Rotary Club of Parksville has planned a 2011 edition of Canada Day celebrations that promises to be the best ever with a full day of entertainment that delivers something for everyone. Make sure you mark it on your calendar and come and wave the flag with us!


As every year, the fabulous Canada Day Parade will wind it's way down the Island Highway toward the Community Park and the spectacular Thrifty Foods Fireworks Show goes at dusk but this year there are hours and hours of family fun filling every minute in between.


This year you can look forward to the official Canada Day ceremony at noon and a full day of music in the Community Park, featuring the best local and Vancouver Island musical acts.

And, it's a full day of fun for the whole family too! There's a full day of games and family events , Go Karts, kite flying demonstrations and a wide selection of food, arts and craft vendors.

It's a day designed to please every member of the family and we hope you will join us to celebrate Canada's birthday and invite as many guests as you would like to share our pride in our nation.
