add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a powerful process for parenting children in a way to motivate without the threat of punishment or the promise of reward. Understand and learn skills using a methodology that nurtures connection and actions that are needed to create healthy relationships. Some benefits of NVC are; learning empathy to heal the pain that prevents you from hearing each other in conversation, break patterns of thinking that leads to anger, guilt, shame and depression, resolve conflicts and experience relationships based upon mutual respect, compassion and cooperation. Classes are based upon the work of well known author and writer of Nonviolent Communication, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, who has created the steps to become successful and comfortable
with the process to achieve peaceful interactions whether at home with your partner, in parenting, at work, or as a mediator. This series will be focusing upon strengthening your emotional connection to your partner and children, hearing the needs behind whatever anyone does or says, staying connected to your values during any interaction and reducing family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
