This specialized class is a fitness class and social program all wrapped into one! Classes are designed for people experiencing the early stages of memory loss due to Alzheimer's Disease or a related condition. Participants can attend with a friend, family member, caregiver, or on their own. Each class includes an exercise component and social time with games and light refreshments. Join us for a relaxed and comfortable program in a supportive environment.
Participants can start at any time, and will be charged at a pro-rated amount.
