Award winning and critically acclaimed comedian Mike Delamont will make history when he takes the stage alone on December 12, 2012 at the McPherson Playhouse, becoming the first local comedian to play the 98-year-old, 750 seat, Vaudeville theatre.
A Monday Magazine 'M Award' winner for Best Comedic Performer and a recipient of a 2012 Just For Laughs Best Comedy Award Nomination for his hit one man show 'God Is A Scottish Drag Queen', Delamont has recently played Montreal, Toronto, New York City at the Upright Citizens Brigade, and Las Vegas at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
Having sold out his past 20 shows in Victoria, Delamont will be making the leap to the largest venue ever played by a local comedian. Delamont, along with his most popular characters God, Jimmy Peekaboo, Carlo Rossi, Jurgen Muller, the Dr of Theatre and more will take the stage at 7:30pm December 12, 2012 for one night only!
