Living with Dementia – Family Caregivers Series

This 5-session series is designed for family members and caregivers who are assisting a person with dementia. You will learn about dementia, practical coping strategies for you and the person you support, and ways you can plan for the future. The series follows the following schedule:
Week 1: Understanding Dementia
Week 2: Understanding Communication
Week 3: Understanding Behaviour
Week 4: Planning for the Future
Week 5: Self-care Strategies for Caregivers.
Pre-registration is required. Participants can register for this series or for individual workshops.
$10/ for 5-session series or $2 for individual sessions
