We hear so much about Ayurveda these days but many of us don’t know what it is. In this workshop we will explore the nature of this ancient healing system, and leave with the tools to begin to integrate it into our daily lives. Some of the things we will explore:

* The three dosha's: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha~ what "type" are you, and how can you bring balance to your own unique constitution
* Daily practices that support health and harmony in your being
* The importance of consciousness, subtle energy, and emotional flow to our physical health and well being

Asrael Zemenick is an Ayurvedic Practitioner based out of the beautiful Cowichan Valley. She studied under Dr.Paul Dugliss, of New World Ayurveda, completing the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Program in 2008, and the Ayurvedic Counseling Program in 2012. Her training includes specialized intensives in Ayurvedic Energy Healing, Pancha Karma, Jyotish Astrology, and Ayurvedic Yoga. She has spent many months in India, immersing herself in the culture and the knowledge available there as well. Asrael is also a Yoga Instructor, completing her RYT200 course in 2006. Asrael runs her own Ayurvedic Healing Practice, where she focuses on expanding consciousness; working with all the different koshic layers, from the physical to the spiritual to create balance and bliss for all.
