Ignite your inner fire with creativity and movement. Find balance and soak up the abundance of the harvest season. Three days and nights spent at this retreat will encourage you to be radiant, re-enchanted and ready for the change of seasons.

Participate in our invigorating sequence of workshops, book a personalized spa treatment, a bodywork session, or just take your own sweet time...

Connect with your breath, still your mind and indulge your body in a daily series of flowing yoga classes with Maria Filippone.

Get your body moving and feel the rhythm of the Groove Method with Sarah Smith.

Learn the practice of using hot beeswax, colour and encaustic techniques to create your own work of art with artist Maria Middleton.

Feast your senses with a field to table cooking class with Stowel Lake Farm�s Haidee Hart.

Divine your vision and give voice to your creativity in a writing workshop with Danielle Janess.

Relax over immaculate meals with a focus on wholesome local fare, fresh from the gardens of Stowel Lake Farm. Meals will be mostly vegetarian. Dietary needs are happily accommodated; please let us know in advance of any special considerations.

Enjoy a Wine & Cheese meet and greet reception the first night, sponsored by Salt Spring Island Cheese Co., the Fairmont Empress and Willow Stream Spa.

No experience is necessary to take part in any classes.
