This lively and interactive presentation by Mayo Clinic-trained heart attack survivor CAROLYN THOMAS is all about women and heart disease. You'll learn about women’s heart attack symptoms that may surprise you, tests and treatments that could save you, personal lessons learned from a heart attack survivor to inspire you, why women’s reluctance to “make a fuss” leads to treatment-seeking delays that will shock you- plus an overview of your own unique cardiac risk factors and heart-healthy ways to address them.
