Learn about the ecology, home range, and habitat use of river otters. University of British Columbia graduate student Cait Nelson will also present information on contaminant exposure levels of the otters in the Gorge Waterway and Victoria Harbour areas.
The Gorge Waterway Initiative (GWI) is a collaborative, community-driven group of organizations concerned with protecting and enhancing the natural and cultural features of the Gorge Waterway, Portage Inlet and the surrounding watersheds. The free speakers series is a presentation of GWI.
