Learn how to hand craft your own cheeses in this extensive full day course. You will leave the day with a comprehensive understand of the process, ingredients and science behind the art of crafting your own cheeses.

The class covers soft cheeses, pressed and advanced cheese making techniques including: sour cream, cream cheese, ricotta, boursin, mozzarella-both rapidly acidified and culture ripened, fromage blanc, feta, Farmer's cheddar and brie.

Students will take home cheese, ingredients and a booklet with instructions on how to create all the cheeses covered in the workshop.

Bring a lunch and wine if you like. Class runs approximately 6 hours.

72 hours pre registration is required. Deposit due upon registration.

No cancellations, only class credit.
