If you are longing to improve how others see and hear you at home, work and play this workshop is an opportunity to create more balance in your adult relationships.
The focus of these skills will be to hear more effectively in order to heard, and to speak a language that has the other person wanting to hear what you are saying rather than being distracted by their own conflicted reactions. These easy tools founded upon Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's book, Nonviolent Communication combined with understanding that each person has a different perspective creates a bridge to valuing each others participation in the relationship whether; love partners, work partners, employer and employee, co-worker and more.
These develop into life skills.
