Brie/Neufchatel Cheese Making Course

Learn to make your own delicious Brie in your own home kitchen! This course explores more advance cheese making and the world of bloom-y cheeses including Camembert, Brie, Cambazola. Students will be taking home their wheel of Brie to finish the affinage at home.
Instructions and ingredients are included as well as one Brie culture to make your own Brie at home. Lunch with a wine paired to the cheeses made in class is provided.
Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Gabriola ferry is provided for those traveling from the Mainland or Vancouver Island.
