9am Registration 10am Walk starts.

Bring along your pooch and come join us at beautiful Bright Angel Park for a day of family fun at the Scotiabank and BC SPCA Paws for a Cause Walk. Our event will kick start at 9am with the walk taking place at noon. Once there you will be able to enjoy fantastic entertainment and activities, all in support of our favourite furry friends.

By participating in Scotiabank and BC SPCA Paws for a Cause you're helping us continue to speak for those who can't speak for themselves. The BC SPCA provides emergency medical care and sheltering for 37,000 animals each year through its 41 facilities and operations across B.C. The society also conducts more than 4,600 cruelty investigations and provides a wide range of advocacy and education programs for domestic, farm and wild animals.

Choose from the 2km or 5km option through the lovely forests and river of the park. The walk is clearly marked and has water stations throughout. All furry participants to be 'on-leash' please!

Events: There will be goody bags for the first 75 youth so don’t be late!

We’ll also have 'Good Morning' refreshments, vendors/displays, a BC SPCA booth with merchandise, exhibits, community partner vendors, 'Make Your Pet Famous' Calendar (have your furry family member in our annual calendar - photographer on site) BBQ, 'Duck Pond', and other games for the 'kid' in all of us!

Not to mention prizes! We’ll be recognizing our top fundraisers with prizes for top individuals, both adult and youth, and top team!
