It doesn't matter who it is, Rick's insightful wit takes a stab at their soft underbelly and helps Canadians laugh at themselves and their leaders. His TV career includes many years on "This Hour as 22 Minutes", "Talking to Americans" and "The Rick Mercer Report" which currently enjoys some of the highest ratings on CBC TV.
