Spend a weekend in Tofino, in one of our wildest storm seasons and taste the abundance of the sea at the 13th Annual Clayoquot Oyster Festival. The Oyster Gala features oysters created by local talented chefs with prizes for Best Presentation, Juried Prize and the People's Choice! A sold out event year after year. The Mermaid's Ball hosts costume goers themed 'Under the Sea' and prizes are gifted for Best Dressed and of course the annual Oyster Slurping Contest! Dance the night away, under the Sea! Oyster Farm tours also available, take a boat ride up Lemmens Inlet and discover how oysters are grown and harvested.
