Bend Over Backwards Yoga: Offering yoga instruction in the Iyengar tradition.  This style of teaching is marked by precision of the alignment of bones, muscles and joints in poses and is yoga for everybody, taught by qualified and rigorously trained instructors.  A wide variety of classes are offered, including a Cancer Recovery and 55+ session.

Bethlehem Retreat Centre: Bethlehem is situated in a wooded acreage on Westwood Lake in Nanaimo.
